JP Buildcorp was founded in 2017 to give individuals, developers and corporates a single, accountable point of contact for the often confusing process of getting a building approved in Tamil Nadu.
Our proprietor is a Registered Engineering Professional, eligible to certify and submit building plans directly under the state's Single Window System — meaning your project is handled by someone with direct legal standing to act on it, not passed between intermediaries.
Since then, we've worked across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects, building deep familiarity with the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules 2019 (TNCDBR 2019), DTCP processes, and the Hill Area Conservation Authority (HACA) framework for hill-district projects.
